For over 20 years, we have been accredited by CARF-CCAC, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. CARF International is an independent, nonprofit accreditor of human service providers that was established in 1966.

The accreditation process validates our standing and even lets us know how we can make your home at The Sequoias Portola Valley even better. We are focused on exceeding expectations.

CARF-CCAC is the only group in the U.S. that examines and reports how standards are met in CCRCs. CARF-CCAC has developed a strict set of guidelines, standards and practices by which CCRCs are measured.
